Processing/Checkout, Shipping, Returns, & Refunds
Processing: takes 2-5 Business days for your order to be shipped out. Processing occurs Monday-Friday. (If you ordered on Friday your order will be processed on the next business day which is Monday.)
Shipping Time: is 1-5 Business Days (M-F) after processing time.
Note: If a custom order is placed, additional items will be shipped along with custom item. Please allow up to 2-3 week processing timing for custom order. Tracking information will be sent once items have shipped from Dipped'n Glam Boutique.
Refund & Exchange Policy: Dipped'n Glam doesn’t allow any refunds or exchanges, unless the customer received a different item than ordered (item must be unopened and not tampered with, customer must return the item within 3 business days of delivery in original packaging or refund will be denied).
DNG (Dipped'N Glam Boutique) is not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged packages. All items are final sale, no refunds or returns (otherwise noted).
Checkout Policy: DNG asks that both your(customer) shipping and billing addresses match upon checkout (NO EXCEPTIONS). Also, all card information MUST BE PRESENT & ACCURATE at checkout. Failure to do so will result in order cancellation. Also, funds aren’t captured until the order has been accepted, if your order wasn’t accepted or canceled... funds will not be captured but may show as pending on your banking statement. Once your order has been canceled, this is no way to undo this action.
